IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS


Arrival & departure information

The holiday properties are available to our guests from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the accommodation swept clean by 10 a.m. at the latest.


You will be notified by us if your accommodation is ready before 4 p.m.


IMPORTANT! Please let us know your exact ferry travel time from Dagebüll as well as your departure time from Wyk so that we can plan and work more effectively.


Final cleaning

We would like to point out that washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal not is part of the final cleaning. The house must also be tidy. If you have moved furniture or decorations, please put them back the way they were when you arrived. Bed linen must be removed and left on the beds or in the laundry bag.


Other costs

Spa tax, final cleaning, possibly additional services such as laundry packages, pet allowance, beach chair, etc.


Linen package: 25 euros per person (1 shower towel, 2 hand towels, 1 shower mat, 1 tea towel + bed set)


The following prices are one-time prices:

Pet allowance: 90 euros*

Booking fee: 35 euros

Children's high chair: free of charge

Travel cot: free of charge

Baby cot: free of charge


*Arrival with dog

Dogs must be registered. The flat rate is €90 (up to 2 medium-sized dogs, depending on the accommodation) which also includes a holiday package (property of the agency) for your four-legged friend.


Friesen Lodge - dog flat rate is 150 euros.


Payment terms

25% of the amount stated in the rental agreement must be paid as a deposit no later than 7 days after booking the holiday accommodation. The remaining amount is due 30 days before arrival. The guest can also transfer the total amount directly after booking.


For short-term bookings made up to 28 days before arrival, the total rental amount must be paid immediately.


Bookings via other internet portals are subject to the associated payment terms and conditions.


Cancellation conditions

100% refund of the rental price if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival.

(Voucher option possible, valid for 3 years).

A refund will only be made after the actual arrival date.


No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival. Cancellation or rebooking must be made in writing, cancellation fee 50 euros. Bookings via other internet portals are subject to the associated cancellation conditions.


From 2024, new cancellation regulations will apply, even for bookings that were already made in 2023.


in case of resignation:

up to 60 days before arrival we have to pay you 10%,

up to 30 days before arrival 20%,

up to 15 days before arrival 75%,

then charge 90% of the rental price plus the processing fee of 50 euros.

Short stay surcharge: (short trip surcharge)

For bookings of less than 7 nights, a short trip surcharge of 75 euros is due.

- the accommodation can be occupied from 12 p.m. if available

- Depending on availability, the holiday can be extended on site at a special price
