We take care of all correspondence with guests, control payment transactions, coordinate the final cleaning of your accommodation, provide bookable laundry packages, take care of the administration of the spa tax and bill you as the owner monthly after the guests arrive.

If the property is occupied by the owner, only the final cleaning and/or laundry packages will be charged. As the owner, you can travel to your holiday property at any time. We have no maximum occupancy days for owners.
